CryzyWatch is operated by SCANDICA LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. SCANDICA LLC is the controller of personal data processed for operation of the platform.

Questions, requests or complaints concerning privacy may be sent to contact@cryzywatch.com. Please use the subject line 'Privacy Request' so we can route your message appropriately.

Account data: name or display name, email address, password hash, account role and status, authentication session data, and account preferences. We do not store your plain-text password.

Listing and seller data: listing title, description, brand, model, reference number, condition, price, location, watch specifications, photographs, moderation status, and seller phone or WhatsApp details. Published listing information and seller contact details are available only to signed-in users.

Billing data: selected plan, Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, subscription status, billing period, payment status, refund or dispute status, and limited payment metadata supplied by Stripe. Complete card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by CryzyWatch.

Communications and applications: information you provide when contacting us, requesting support, reporting content, requesting a refund, or applying to the partner programme.

Technical and security data: IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, pages or functions accessed, authentication events, and server or security logs generated when you use the platform.

Partner-programme data: referral code, referring partner, eligible purchases and renewals, commission status, payout history, Stripe Connect account status and any information supplied when applying to or participating in the partner programme.

To perform our contract with you, we use personal data to create and secure your account, provide listings and search, display seller contact information to signed-in users, moderate submitted listings, provide paid listing or subscription access, and handle billing, cancellation and support requests.

For our legitimate interests, we use data to prevent fraud and abuse, protect accounts and infrastructure, investigate reports, improve reliability, maintain records of platform activity, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We balance these interests against your rights and expectations.

We process data where necessary to comply with legal obligations, including accounting, tax, payment, sanctions, law-enforcement and record-keeping requirements. Where we rely on consent for an optional activity, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We do not sell personal data, use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Sellers choose the listing content and contact details they submit. Published watch listings, including the seller's phone and WhatsApp details, can be viewed by registered users who are signed in. These details are provided so prospective buyers can contact sellers directly.

Do not include information in a listing that you do not want disclosed to signed-in users. You can edit or remove listing information through your account, subject to moderation, retention and legal requirements.

We use service providers for hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, infrastructure security, search and payment processing. They may process personal data only as needed to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations.

Stripe, Inc. processes payments for listing fees and subscriptions. Payment information is submitted directly to Stripe, and Stripe's handling of personal data is governed by its own privacy policy. CryzyWatch receives payment and subscription status information but does not store complete card details.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect users or the platform, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

SCANDICA LLC is located in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States, the European Economic Area or other countries. These countries may have data-protection laws different from those where you live.

Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, recognised adequacy mechanisms or another lawful transfer basis. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

We retain account and listing data while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service. After deletion or closure, we may retain limited records where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements or legal claims.

Retention periods are determined by the type of record, the reason it was collected, applicable legal requirements and technical backup cycles. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten through the ordinary backup cycle.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.

Send a request to contact@cryzywatch.com with the subject line 'Privacy Request'. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your country. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern.

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed password storage, role-based access controls, restricted administrative access and payment processing through Stripe. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting access to your account and email. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal data may have been compromised.

CryzyWatch uses essential first-party cookies and similar storage required for authentication, security and basic interface operation. With the visitor's choice, a first-party referral cookie may be used for 30 days to attribute eligible payments to an approved partner. We do not currently use third-party advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies. Further details are provided in the Cookie Policy.

CryzyWatch is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the service, our data practices or legal requirements. We will update the date shown above and provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.
